REVEVANT QUESTION: How do I tell which printing I have??
ANSWER: On the copyright page (one of the first pages at the begining of the book), the printing is the smallest number that remains in the printed decreasing sequence. So, for example, the second printing has the printed sequence: "10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2", while the third printing will have: "10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3". Also, the copyright page of the third printing will contain the following printed line: "©2013 by Taylor and Francis Group, LLC" indicating the year of the printing.
